Pass & Order Info

PASS INFO

  • All tickets are QR codes that can be downloaded to your smartphone wallet and must be scanned at the venue for entry.
  • QR codes will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date.
  • The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.

ORDER INFO

  • There is an 8 ticket limit.
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
  • Prices listed do not include service fees.

  • A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
  • DO NOT buy passes from unauthorized third parties (scalpers). We will not service, authenticate or support any passes purchased from an unauthorized third party. Scalped passes may be void.
  • There are minimum browser requirements for placing an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

Viva! L.A. Music Festival Payment Plans

3 payment plan (on sale – April 5th)

Divide your order into 3 payments with the Viva! Payment Plan.

Payment Plan Details:

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
  • In order to use the payment plan, select payment plan at checkout.
  • 25% due at time of purchase, 50% of the remaining balance due 30 days later, and the remaining balance is due 30 days after that.
  • Subsequent payment will be automatically charged using the original form of payment.
  • There is a $4 fee to use the Viva! Payment Plan per payment ($12 total) - this will be added to your order at check out.
  • Payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • Payment Plans available through Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

Missed Payments:

  • You will have a 5-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 5th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be canceled.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 default penalty fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to check your card to make sure payment went through.

2 Payment plan (Will begin April 6th – May 5th)

Divide your order into 2 payments with the Viva! Payment Plan.

Payment Plan Details:

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
  • In order to use the payment plan, select payment plan at checkout.
  • 25% due at time of purchase the remaining balance is due 30 days later.
